MADE IN ENGLAND - The jugs are handmade in the UK from ceramic. In addition to a variety of colour options, the jugs are also offered in a variety of sizes. The jugs are food safe.

HISTORIC - They have been around for 150 years! They are the perfect gift and an icebreaker at each lunch or dinner table, no matter where. They are made of ceramic and owe their charming name to the unique "glug glug" sound that occurs when pouring. In addition to its typical serving use, the jug can also be used as a flower vase.

In addition to a variety of colour options, the jugs are also offered in a variety of sizes. They are food safe and dishwasher safe - except of copper and the lustre collection. 

SECONDS - By times, we also offer genuine seconds of the Gluggle jug factory. Seconds show several issues with the glaze (several pinholes, clip marks, glaze runs, missing glaze etc.) or other issues. Seconds have a mark on the base to clearly identify them as seconds.

          Bought as forthcoming Christmas presents, they really look the business. I’ve still to test the gluggle, but have seen identical ones in action and so these should be the same.

          My sister wanted a Gluggle Jug for her birthday and whilst buying for her I just had to have one for myself. I just am thrilled with my Gluggle jug and it also conjures up lots of happy childhood memories. My sister loved hers too!
